About You

You're also a college graduate with a degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, or a related area, authorized to work in Brazil, and live in São Paulo region, speaks fluent English and have at least two years of continuous work experience.

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.


You will:

  • Create plans and proposals to be refined and aligned with sectors to achieve Plastic Footprint goals and 2030 vision.
  • Connect and articulate with internal and external ecosystem to identify opportunities, synergies, coordinate Plastic footprint programs and capture learnings across Kimberly-Clark and categories.
  • Find new solutions and opportunities for Latin America to reduce plastic and carbon footprint for Huggies, Intimus/Kotex, Plenitud and Scott.
  • Be responsible to report Plastic Footprint KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Give team support on definitions, calculations, methodologies, and sustainability routes.
