Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Sao Paulo. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a UX/UI Designer.


Your main responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders and technical leads in the development of product roadmap and product structure strategy
UX/UI Designer will lead and/or mentor less experienced UX professionals
UX/UI Designer will conduct end user research to understand business and user experience needs
Leverage outcomes to help make data driven decisions
UX/UI Designer will collaborate with other UX professionals to keep our discipline practices on the leading edge of the industry, building up standards, best practices, style guides, and related design standards
Data driven UX/UI improvement strategies


Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a UX/UI Designer role
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese
