Job Description:


In this role, you will be the responsible for dealer development and training strategies in South America, leading a team of more than 30 employees, besides being responsible for important projects in our organization, such as the Dealer 4.0, where we're planning the future of our dealers.


Your main challenges will be:

  • Responsible for the GM Dealer network maintenance, which includes performance and facilities analysis, and their movements, comprehending expansion, reduction and relocation, combined with georeferenced studies, for the South America Region (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay),
  • Tracking of dealer network KPIs, such as NPS / Customer satisfaction index, Market Share, Parts & Accessories, Financial performance and Standards (Facilities/Processes),
  • Financial analysis for the dealer network in the region, including monthly reports, standardization of KPIs and forecast evaluation,
  • Coordination of training strategies for dealer network in the region through Chevrolet University team and its platform (+19k active learners), according to each market requirements,
  • Working Crossfunctionally to achieve enterprisewide results, as well as understanding and managing requirements for all involved stakeholders, including other areas, our field team and our dealers' shareholders,
  • Managing a team of +30 direct employees, with 8 direct reports, including Managers and Supervisors, besides third part resources, in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru.
Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the following responsibilities and behaviors.

  • Uphold GM's vision, values, and cultural behaviors,
  • Responsible for leading special for Sales organization: Dealer 4.0, Premium distribution channel evaluation, Restart 3.0, as well as supporting other important initiatives (Pre-Owned project or the Electrification of our dealer network),
  • Track Council leader for Sales organization.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree and postgraduation/MBA in business, economics, marketing or other similar areas
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work crossfunctionally, teach, and effectively influence without direct authority.
  • Ability of building effective teams, leading people in different countries and to provide the team inputs to successfully navigate an ambiguous environment.
  • Advanced English Level (mandatory)
  • For Portuguese native speakers, Advanced Spanish Level is desirable, as well as advanced Portuguese for native Spanish speakers
