- Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning teams to understand data requirements and analytical needs.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into sales performance, demand trends, and inventory levels.
- Implement forecasting models and predictive analytics to support demand planning processes.
- Design and build custom Power BI tools tailored to specific business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather tool specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement automation features and data connectors to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data trends and patterns.
- Optimize data visualization techniques to enhance user understanding and decision-making.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Implement data governance policies to maintain the integrity and quality of reports and dashboards. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience within Demand Planning, Sales Planning, Sales Ops
- Data Driven profile.
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Experience with Data Bases & Data Analytics
- Tools & Languages: PowerBI, SQL, Python, SAP, D365
- Hybrid Format 3x Office, 2x Home Office
