Atividades e responsabilidades:
Profissional será reponsável por exercer as seguintes atividades:
- Recebimento fiscal de notas fiscais;
- Rotinas do contas a pagar, inclui gestão dos pagamentos;
- Interação com o time na distribuição das atividades de recebimento das notas e conferência;
- Conciliação bancária;
- Suporte no fechamento mensal local e matriz;
Competências profissionais:
- Perfil analítico e detalhista;
- Organização;
- Comprometimento;
- Senso de urgência;
- Habilidade para trabalhar em diversas tarefas ao mesmo tempo;
Qualificações:
- Formação (superior completo) em Administração de Empresas ou Contabilidade;
- Experiência anterior em contas a Pagar;
- Conhecimento em contabilidade e fiscal;
- Conhecimento em excel;
- Inglês nível intermédiario;
