Atividades e responsabilidades:

Profissional será reponsável por exercer as seguintes atividades:

  • Recebimento fiscal de notas fiscais;
  • Rotinas do contas a pagar, inclui gestão dos pagamentos;
  • Interação com o time na distribuição das atividades de recebimento das notas e conferência;
  • Conciliação bancária;
  • Suporte no fechamento mensal local e matriz;

Competências profissionais:

  • Perfil analítico e detalhista;
  • Organização;
  • Comprometimento;
  • Senso de urgência;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em diversas tarefas ao mesmo tempo;

Qualificações:

  • Formação (superior completo) em Administração de Empresas ou Contabilidade;
  • Experiência anterior em contas a Pagar;
  • Conhecimento em contabilidade e fiscal;
  • Conhecimento em excel;
  • Inglês nível intermédiario;
