Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?
Como parte da equipe de Contratos, você será responsável pelo gerenciamento e controle de fila da área.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Controlar e gerenciar a fila de trabalho da área de contratos;
Alimentar planilha com as demandas diárias;
Direcionar as ordens de vendas para cada responsável;
Validar, identificar e controlar as pendências;
Acionar as áreas envolvidas para resolução de pendência;
Alimentar e gerar relatórios para um controle efetivo de quantidade de tarefas em aberto;
Gerenciar prazos e divulgar internamente.

O que esperamos que você possua?

Excel intermediário/avançado;
Experiência na área administrativa.
Desejável Inglês Intermediário.
