We are looking for a new member to join the Brazil Trade and Regulatory Reports team, based in São Paulo.

In this role, you will be responsible to support the Trade Business group on processing of credit products as per local guarantees, trade loans and Supply Chain Finance.

Also, support various line of businesses on preparation of different regulatory reports to be transmitted internally or to local regulators.


Responsibilities include:


  • Work on standard processing of issuance, amendment and funds transfers related to local trade transactions as per local guarantees (fianças), trade loans and supply chain finance products;
  • Execute operational routines related to transactions and account reconciliations. Work on breaks escalations, investigations and remediations;
  • Interact regularly with operations peers in Brazil and utility centers sited on different JP Morgan service centers in USA, LATAM and Asia, besides working directly with the Tech, Business and other LOBs as an expert, to support demands related to products and processes building, system requirements, controls design;
  • Support and provide metrics, KPI and internal reports;
  • Prepare, consolidate, evaluate, ensure data quality, build and transmit regulatory reports to local regulators;
  • Design, review and/or develop improvements on operating procedures and systemic solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operations processes and controls;
  • Lead people to develop a winning team, oriented to best regulatory and control practices, focus on client, transformation, problem solving, pro activeness and teamwork.

Qualifications include:


  • Graduation on Business Administration, Economics, Engineer or similar;
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and systems and flowcharts design;
  • Fluent in English;
  • People leadership skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure;
  • Solid multitasking and ability to prioritize, selfstarter with ability to manage commitments and solve problems;
  • Organized and attention to detail, critical analyze, control oriented.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Knowledge of automation tools with emphasis in Excel and macros/VBA.
