In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we are seeking an exceptionally proactive Marketing Analyst to take charge of orchestrating the seamless implementation of a comprehensive CRM platform, meticulously integrating sales and marketing functionalities to elevate our operations.


Position Overview:


As the Marketing Analyst - Brand Management, you will wield your expertise to craft and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that embodies the essence of Digiu Digital Group's vision, values, and unique value proposition.


With autonomy and authority, you will spearhead all aspects of brand management, from conceptualization to implementation, shaping perceptions, and fostering resonance with our diverse audience across the globe.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop a visionary brand strategy that articulates Digiu Digital Group's identity, positioning, and differentiation in the marketplace, aligning with overarching business objectives and growth aspirations.
  • Brand Identity Creation: Craft a compelling brand identity that encapsulates the essence of Digiu Digital Group, including
    visual elements, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

Brand Messaging Mastery:
Define and refine brand messaging architecture, narratives, and key messaging pillars, articulating the value proposition and resonating with target audiences across various channels and platforms

  • Brand Campaign Coordination: Conceptualize and coordinate compelling brand campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and affinity, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Logo Preservation: Ensure the preservation of Digiu Digital Group's iconic logos, maintaining consistency and recognition while adapting other brand elements.

Centric Adaptation:

Lead the adaptation and updating of visual identity, speech, sales pitch, presentations, and other visual elements to align with a new positioning as an innovator in Customer Experience (CX) solutions and AI-powered technologies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing/branding analysis, with a focus on brand strategy development and execution.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling brand experiences and messaging.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting impactful brand narratives.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
