CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS(CXO) CONSULTANT


The CXO Consultant is responsible for the coordination of the end to end relocation services for Sirva clients in the Americas Region, which includes, destination Services, Household Good Shipments, Temporary Accommodation, Immigration, Expense Management, Furniture Rental, among others.

It will be part of your routine:

  • Primary point of co-ordination and single point of contact for different clients.
  • Contact with Clients' HR mobility teams to understand and meet clients' needs as appropriate.
  • Provide consulting services to assignees as per client policies and conducting needs assessment for their relocationrelated requirements.
  • Coordination with various departments and destination service providers for the delivery of the authorized services and ensuring that clients' service specifications are met with.
  • Coordination with different parties for the timely submission of clientspecific reports.
  • Sharing knowledge and practices with other team members.
  • Process billing, expense payments, review expenses report and managing assignment cost analysis.
  • Participation on other tasks and special projects as required.
  • Experience with SPOC clients, core/flex approach, balance sheets and cost projections.

Skills and Knowledge Required:


  • Bachelor ́s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the different areas of the Global Mobility industry, such as Destination Services, Immigration, Expatriate Tax and/or Assignment Management Support
  • Fluent English mandatory
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to identify potential problems and proactively develop creative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and dynamic; with ability to work as a team
  • Ability to coordinate deadlines, multitask, and operate in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, business etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite and workrelated systems
