In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.

Your 'day to day'

Plan, develop, deploy, and manage P&C solutions, products, practices aligned with the business strategy and strengthen organization culture in the function(s).

Actively participate in providing line management and the P&C community with the high-quality support needed to plan, acquire, develop, and retain a highly qualified, performing, and engaged workforce.

Drive the initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion and contribute to the strategy created to ensure we have the best talent for current and future business needs.

Principal accountabilities

Together with P&C Director ensure and contribute to the implementation of P&C strategies and align them to local requirements and business needs and capture business requirements and strategies from the function(s) to support the development of appropriate P&C strategies.
Analyse P&C products and services available and ensure they match and most efficient solutions by adapting global / affiliate programs or developing functional specific solutions
Cooperate with the other components of the P&C organization (e.g., Labour Relations, Organization Effectiveness, People Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Management and Development, P&C in the other functions, P&C Operations, Shared Service Centre) to identify, share, customize and implement the best ideas to support the business.
Act as Change Agent by providing proactive support to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programs and providing mentoring support to Management regarding change management principles and leadership during periods of significant business transformation.
Provide input to the Workforce Plan which outlines staffing forecasts broken down by specific job groups and gathers the Management's resource requirements for the business focusing also on a mid to long term perspective, and developing the plans to meet these requirements, leveraging on the relevant P&C teams to achieve objectives.

Who we're looking for

Highly experienced HR Business Partner in matrixed organization, ideally in a mature Global Business Services environment
Advanced English
Track record of delivering complex assignments relating to performance improvement and change
Leadership and Change management experience
Ability to influence a range of collaborators and empower people
Data Driven decision making
Ability to coach and develop senior leaders
