Introduction

As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies.

You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points.

Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The professional will deal directly with IBM consulting executives.

You must essentially be an experienced communicator, capable of raising briefings, creating scripts, conducting content research, putting together strategies, solutions, insights, manifestos for video production, industries and any other material that contributes to the informative and creative composition of the company sales proposal from IBM Consulting.

It is essential that you know how to act in a consultative manner, planning and executing creative, innovative and assertive actions that contribute to the conversion of Signing on the worked proposal.

Critical thinking, leadership and autonomy to conduct activities are also essential. Experience dealing with customers and management is also essential.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Scripting / Storyteller:

Must be able to create creative and impactful scripts of various natures such as video, presentations / speech, among others, in order to make the sales proposal more inspiring, clear, objective and ahead of any competitor in terms of of sales appeal.

Language:

Proficiency in Spanish - must be proficient in the Spanish language in order to create quality texts, scripts, content and narratives.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Intermediate Portuguese;
Fluent English;
Design tools (such as Mural, Powerpoint, Excel, project).
