Procuramos Assistente de Logística para se juntar à nossa equipe com sede no ES, Brasil, reportando-se a área de Logística, você será responsável por executar as atividades administrativas, envolvendo análise e classificação de documentos, elaboração de relatórios, demonstrativos em geral, compilação de informações referentes à logística e aos processos de armazenagem, distribuição e movimentação de matérias-primas, materiais diversos, produtos acabados, banco de dados de transportadoras.

We are looking for Logistics Assistant to join our team based in ES, Brazil, reporting to the Logistics area, you will be responsible for performing the administrative activities, involving analysis and classification of documents, preparation of reports, statements in general, compilation of information regarding logistics and processes of storage, distribution and movement of raw materials, various materials, finished products, database of carriers

Funções e
Responsabilidades:

Efetuar requisições de compras e pedidos, execução do processo de compra de serviços, produtos e matériasprimas;
Acompanhar documentações diversas para controle de prazos, serviços, entre outros;
Controlar materiais de transformação em poder de terceiros, coleta e entrega dos materiais em fornecedores;
Controlar de entradas e saídas matériasprimas do Almoxarifado e produtos acabados na Expedição;
Cumprir os requisitos legais e da empresa referente a HSE, os requisitos do SGS;
Zelar para que sejam observados procedimentos de conservação, limpeza e higiene da área de trabalho, bem como orientar terceiros no cumprimento, também, das normas de segurança, disciplina e prevenção de acidentes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make purchase requisitions and orders, execution of the purchase process of services, products and raw materials;
Monitor various documentation to control deadlines, services, among others;
Control transformation materials held by third parties, collection and delivery of materials to suppliers;
Control of inputs and outputs raw materials from the Warehouse and finished products in the Expedition;
Comply with the legal and company requirements regarding HSE, the requirements of the SGS;
Ensure that conservation, cleaning and hygiene procedures of the work area are observed, as well as guide third parties in compliance, also, with the standards of safety, discipline and prevention of accidents.

Quem procuramos? Procuramos uma pessoa com as seguintes competências e motivações:
Ensino Superior Completo (preferencialmente em Engenharia)

Ensino Técnico Completo

Experiência de 2 anos sendo necessário no mínimo 06 meses em planejamento/logística

Ter atuado com liderança de equipe

Graduate (preferably in Engineering)

Technical Education

Experience of 2 years being required at least 06 months in planning / logistics
