Summary

Responsible for customers, suppliers and payroll taxes calculation and booking accountancies in LAM (Brazil / Argentina).

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Tax Analysis for customers and suppliers.
Analyze sales reports and use tax for multiple state jurisdictions.
Income tax annual forecast.
Importation NCM Taxes analysis and update in Oracle.
Prepares analysis of taxes accounts, as required.
Leader any tax internal & external audits.
Provide and support other accounting areas in special projects as necessary.
Landed Cost Importation taxes analysis and simulations for different HID products.
Develop relationships with other tax members and organizations.
Be the internal and external point of contact to support and solve daytoday tax issues for LAM Markets.
AR&AP Invoices taxes verification in Oracle and in Tax Authority webpage.
Collections and Payments Taxes Withholdings analysis and update en Oracle.
Payroll Income Tax Withholding Analysis and Accounts reconciliations related.
Importation and taxes Cashflow Impact Analysis.

Transfer Price

Prepare base information related.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must be able to perform arithmetic functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Must possess average reasoning skills.
Must be able to work with a highlevel of autonomy, dealing with regional supervision.
Must have a deep knowledge of taxation rules in Brazil and LAM.

Education and/or Experience

Must have a minimum of ten years in relevant areas in accounting and tax.
Must have an accounting or equivalent area university.

Language Skills

Ability to effectively communicate in Portuguese/Spanish and English language verbally and in writing.
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards in both languages.
Must be able to generate reports in both languages.

Computer Skills

Familiarity within Oracle or ERP systems
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
