About the Team

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

We are looking for an outstanding Agency Partner Management Team Lead to join our Brazil SMB sales team.

This position will lead a team of Agency Partner Managers who are responsible for developing client relationships to nurture and grow our SMB Agencies while cultivating them into TikTok experts and advocates for their advertisers.

In addition to leading our APMs, this role will help build out the LATAM SMB go-to-market strategy across all SMB Sales teams to maximize the opportunity that TikTok has to support the Agency landscape.


Your team will manage Agencies at scale, focusing on education, optimization, product adoption and onboarding new clients onto the platform to increase revenue while delivering on their marketing goals.

In addition to developing a high-performing team, this position will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to create, launch and innovate sales strategies to improve our advertiser's experience and performance on the TikTok platform.

This is a dynamic role that requires a passion for growing revenue, mentorship and training, delivering exceptional client service, outstanding ability to set and execute clear sales strategies, while bringing an analytical and operational rigor.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish Agencyspecific sales strategies and execution plans to enable teams to achieve team goals while also driving longterm initiatives, in partnership with SMB leadership.
  • Guide team of Agency Partner Managers on consultative, clientcentric selling and demonstrate strong understanding of marketing KPIs, TikTok product expertise/capabilities and measurement
  • Hire, coach, develop and inspire your direct reports
  • Utilize internal data, performance, market trends, competitive landscape and segment analysis to become a TikTok solutions expert, anticipating and identifying long and short term business opportunities at scale across the North America team
  • Liaise with crossfunctional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives that grow the SMB Agency segment via strong project management skills to influence and drive work to completion (Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Ad Policy, Partnerships, BDR/Lead Gen, etc.)
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Review and advise on continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are aligned to achieve best results
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes to accelerate team's impact
  • Serve as an external product expert, educating key agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years experience in online marketing, sales, agency and/or product solutions
  • Proven track record of building, developing and leading high performance teams
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Experience engaging and influencing at a leadership level with crossfunctional groups
Preferred Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing
  • Knowledge of the selfserve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
  • Experience leading sales or agency partnerships teams within the SMB space
  • Data driven, capable of indepth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication
  • Solutionsoriented with strong problem solving and strategy development experience
  • Strong executive presence and ability to remain calm under pressure
