Provide support, learn, participate and perform activities in the assigned area, according to the academic training course, by performing, supporting and assisting the team, processes, projects and routines of the sector, acting under guidance, in order to add practical learning, meet the company's strategic procedures, according to current legislation.

The focus of activities is related to direct and indirect support in logistics planning for national and international components.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Support the logistics team in the execution of support activities;
Supplier Registration;
Issuance of purchase requisitions in SAP;
Request, follow-up and control of payments to suppliers of the area;
Updating of invoice control spreadsheets;
Support projects and studies, generating consistent information for the decision-making of superiors;
Promote the availability of technical information, reports, certificates, evaluations, projects, etc., whenever required

Provide support in sending technical information such as schedules, transportation of large components, etc. in order to maintain control of the advances of the area according to the company's compliance;
Follow-up of the General Stoppage Requests of the Plants, inventories;
Support in the preparation and formalization of performance indicators for the area;
Support in the improvement actions related to the KPI information chain aiming at progress and continuous improvement of the area's activities;
Participate in positive agenda meetings with the team and superiors.

Requisitos e qualificações
Higher Education in course;
Mandatory - Undergraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade;
Experience with ERP systems will be a plus;
Desirable - English / Office Package / BI;
Desirable - Communication / Flexibility / Proactivity / Logical thinking / Resilience / Sense of Prioritization.
