We are looking for a Project Leader for our Electrical Sector. This position is based in our Porto Feliz site.

What you'll do:

Ensure compliance with the scope, timing and quality set forth in Eaton's contractual obligations. To ensure and maximize the financial outcome of contracts and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Meet customer requests within the stipulated period of return;
Report billing status, order entry, and open order book.
Constant monitoring of the open order book with delivery times;
Constant monitoring with the GFSS aging list, working together for customers to pay on time and acting in problem resolutions;
Responsible for performing the activities of the department following internal procedures;
Interface between sales / customer needs and other administrative departments of the company;
Establish strategic relationships with our main customers and partners, aiming to increase our business possibilities and improve conflict resolution

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineer (Industrial, Electrical or related), Business Administration or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
Must know the electrical market

Technical knowledge:

Advanced Excel required, Power BI desired;
ERP required (SAP preferred)
Advanced English required, Spanish desired
Finance and legal (contract) concepts knowledge
Quality and OPEX tools knowledge is a plus
