What we expect from you:


Agency Operations Sr Manager will focus primarily on:

  • Define OpenX ways of working & issues resolutions, together with Global and OU Marketing Capabilities
  • Oversees overall health of the relationship by leading the OpenX performance and talent assessments and ensures the agency action plans are in progress by integrating the OpenX principals into ways of working, ensuring capabilities are delivered.
  • Traffic controls the OU work planning by tracking the volume & type of work, ensures that all projects are submitted to Workfront.
  • Works closely with marketing procurement on evolution of commercial model and supports the marketing teams on commercials when needed.
  • Collaborate with WPP and Finance team to ensure PO and Invoice tracking is performed on right terms and timing
  • Leads operationalization of the Opensource model
  • Bridge between marketers & marketing agency partners. Including marketer communications, process, change management with OpenX marketing model.
  • Support marketers on processes when needed, building project statements, use of MAP and definitions (deliverables, capabilities)
  • Supports StudioX implementation and performance.

Work Focus:


  • Ability to orchestrate multiple highlevel stakeholders to land global guidelines guaranteeing business continuity.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, develop and align solutions across functions to define and propose the direction.
  • Ability to influence, mobilize and champion change management across the region and teams.
  • Ability to anticipate and troubleshooting relationships issues mitigating risks and enabling decision making.
  • Ability to create and lead a health, integrated and safe environment for TCCC and Agencies stakeholders.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in working multifunctional system teams, including Marketing, Project Management, and Agencies relations.
  • Experience working in crossfunctional and crossgeographical teams is preferred.
  • Experience working in/with agencies is preferred.
  • Experience working in Coca Cola System is preferred.
  • We are looking for change agents that are passion about new ways of working.
English and Spanish are required

Communication Focus:

The role communicates internally across OU Marketing, Procurement, Finance and Platform Services, and the Global Agency Operations and Procurement communities.

The role aligns senior leaders across the OU and OpenX team at WPP to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role.

The role is also responsible for reporting, influencing and sharing information and practices across the Global Marketing community.


Primary Location:


  • Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget Relocation not approved for this role.
