Forklift Operator

  • Team Overview and Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team based in ES, Brazil.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts according to established operational procedures and safety standards.
Perform daily inspections on forklifts, checking their operational condition and reporting any irregularities to the supervisor.
Load, unload, and move materials and products using the forklift safely and efficiently.
Organize and arrange materials in designated areas, ensuring proper workflow and ease of access.
Follow picking, receiving, shipping, and storage instructions according to control documents (invoices, work orders, etc.).
Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as production, shipping, and inventory, to ensure process efficiency.

Ensure the physical integrity of employees and the safety of facilities by operating the forklift responsibly and adhering to safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of activities, including inspection records, incident reports, and inventory controls.
Participate in training and development programs offered by the company to enhance technical skills and safety knowledge.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements in processes related to material handling and forklift operation.

Ensure that all processes and activities under your responsibility are carried out in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 standards.


  • Completed high school education.
Valid Forklift Operator certification.
Proven previous experience in forklift operation, preferably in industrial or logistics environments.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to forklift operation.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
