Your Role :Analyze costs, negotiate contract details, and offer strategies and solutions to help KN business units to better manage costs on supplies and vendor services. Report cost savings on timely manner include managing inventory, tracking orders, develop alternatives sources of supply, catalog product and services where appropriate, resolving issues concerning price disputes, and making bids and RFP for a vendor's services. Develop SLAs to track vendor's performance.

Your Responsibilities:

Support business needs, aligning with internal customers and developing suppliers to attend those needs.
Negotiate and buy/hire products and services according to requirements.
Develop supply projects and guarantee the implementation.
Analyze price formation and cost spreadsheets.
Develop market research, technical and financial analysis of suppliers.
Analyze and propose contracts according to internal polices and procedures.
Create/update the list of critical products and service.
Implement specific plans for local and / or regional purchases.
Develop cost reduction, quality and strategic supply projects.
Consolidate suppliers
Control the quality and performance of suppliers.
Support the global and regional objectives of the Procurement area.
Participate in product development groups, through conference / video calls, zoom, etc.
Meet and respect the values, policies and procedures of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment, as well as the internal rules of the Company eligible for all employee.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Economy, Administration or Engineering University Degree.
Contract Logistics experience.
Procurement Processes experience.
Intermediate English.
