Responsibilities:


  • Implementation of Payable products across the CIB market segment;
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including
  • RFP responses, client presentations and client visits;
  • Coordinate client and JPM internal teams throughout the project;
  • Manage each project from a technical and business perspective;
  • Communicate across multiple platforms to complete the project.

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:


  • Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience;
  • Technical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementations;
  • Comfort in a fast paced, dynamic clientfacing environment;
  • Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence leading others to a common goal;
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLA;
  • Ability to interpret file formats
  • ISO20022XML, CNAB File and validate test files.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Project Management experience or eagerness to learn;
  • Payments experience or eagerness to learn;
  • Technical Consulting or business analysis experience in the ERP and systems integration.
