Your challenges

  • Act as strategic partner to the business, proactively identifying current and future needs and assessing risks and implications.
  • Conduct and resolve employee relations issues by recommending corrective actions;
  • Partner with managers to implement performance management and employee development programs;
  • Provide consultancy on P&O topics and support the business on people decision making;
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication (Written and Verbal) and understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is preferred;

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's Degree required;
  • Master ́s Degree preferred;
  • Minimum of 8/10 years of relevant professional experience mainly Business Partner expertise;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese;
  • Demonstrate collaborative skills and capability of influence within a team environment;
  • The ability to be flexible, selfdirected, motivated and able to interact with employees at all levels;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Previous experience as HR Business Partner field at factories is a differential.
