Snapshot of Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sustainable growth strategies across paid (search, social, display, metasearch) and organic channels (SEO). Additionally, partner closely with the IT/UX team in driving crossfunctional experiments improving CRO and product;
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire a growing team of 10+ talented online marketing, communications and growth professionals;
  • Take an active role in setting channel strategy and effective budgeting, maximizing all channels to the highest efficiency. Enable innovation, foster a test & learn mindset and try new channels, partners and tools;
  • Expand and optimize our multiple acquisition channels towards the customer journey / full funnel approach;
  • Ensure scalability, high impact and efficiency whilst maintaining a localized approach for each of the core markets;
  • Closely collaborate with the product and operations team on innovative "growth hacking" initiatives focused on product led growth;
  • Increase Rentcars' brand recall and awareness;
  • Partner closely with finance and strategy teams on budget planning and forecasting;
  • Continue evolving the current status with the data analytics team to improve measurement structures and drive data driven decision making, ultimately truly optimizing the performance marketing spend towards LTV and CAC;
  • Partner with creative teams to produce assertive messaging and creative assets adhering to paid media platform specifications; ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints;
  • Plan and deliver endtoend brand campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting to drive awareness and help build our brand positioning.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Required:


  • Solid understanding of business development strategies related to paid user acquisition at scale on multiple channels;
  • Proven experience in managing several concurrent operational excellence initiatives across multiple countries, diverse cultures, and different languages;
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;
  • Previous experience leading highperformance teams.

A perfect match would have, beyond the attributes previously mentioned:

  • Knowledge of the tourism industry and its main characteristics;
  • Proficiency in Spanish will be considered a plus.
