Team Overview:
Seeking a proactive and analytical strategist to lead transformative projects in our tech company's electric vehicle division.

We need someone with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for innovation to drive success in this rapidly evolving market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Ops, and Marketing to shape the future of electric mobility. Join us in making a meaningful impact while shaping the future of sustainable transportation.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading a diverse team of people with a critical thinking mindset, to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at surpassing challenging goals in this competitive market.
  • Driving performance management by developing and implementing sophisticated models, meticulously tracking weekly results, and leveraging datadriven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, all while effectively communicating with senior decisionmakers.
  • Championing continuous improvement within the ridehailing category by collaborating crossfunctionally with Product, Marketing, Strategy and Planning, and Customer Experience teams, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to achieving exceptional results.
  • Elevating our understanding of our core users through rigorous analysis and research, refining our growth strategy, and enhancing the overall user experience with the ridehailing product.
  • Facilitating meaningful interactions with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and address key business pain points, fostering a culture of proactive problemsolving and solutionoriented thinking.
  • Conducting thorough adhoc analyses to support key executive decisionmaking processes, demonstrating a handson approach and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • Taking ownership of special projects from inception to fruition, leading crossfunctional teams and driving initiatives that contribute to regional and business expansion objectives, with a steadfast focus on delivering tangible results.

Role Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading diverse teams to exceed challenging goals in fastpaced and dynamic environments.
  • Strong proficiency in developing and utilizing sophisticated analytical models to drive performance improvements and inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly proactive and selfmotivated individual with a relentless commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with SQL/R/Python is advantageous.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
