  • The Content Factory Senior Analyst will support on content production strategy. Lead the process of content development (lead internal hub team production and outsource to external agencies), support on management and distribution at a regional level, overseeing all processes to make content available for the business (mainly IBVTs/CVT). Identify overall content needs for the business, process improvement opportunities, target audiences and customer reviews to help drive the content strategies, while identifying content gaps to be developed. _

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support content hub leader on leading operations and agency, turning it into the best in class hub globally;
  • Ensure Content Hub delivers its KPIs agreed in brand plan;
  • Leads the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative, phygital scientific and commercial content for regional and omnichannel consumption;
  • Oversees the development of "promotional" scientific and commercial content assets, processes, training, and consistent implementation to achieve availability for CVTs;
  • Support on development of "promotional scientific" and commercial content and provides strategic input in endtoend processes for effective generation, dissemination and consumption of content across all therapeutic areas and all region;
  • Fosters a culture of transformational innovation to content creation and dissemination through research, benchmark and anticipating customer needs;
  • Provides strategic input and training oversight for Content Management platforms to deliver and maintain digital and innovative content strategy.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent required;
  • A minimum of ~ 5 years of experience working and managing crossfunctional teams and complex projects is needed;
  • Experienced professional with experience digital communication and the development of promotional content;
  • Minimum of 2 years leading squads;


  • Experience in commercial

  • Sales or key account is an additional value;
  • Master in digital, business administration or equivalent (preferred);
  • Experience expected working in a high ranking position in the field of communications, preferably as a Senior Content Editor or Content Developer;
  • Minimum advanced level of English (Spanish is desirable).
  • Position can be based in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina or Panama.
