We are hiring a Transactional Monitoring Officer for our compliance team, carrying out analysis and making decisions on alerts activated in our transaction monitoring system.

This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.

Job duties and Responsibilities:


  • Knowledge of prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism (PLD-FT) due diligence, KYC, KYB, KYT, PEP and sanctioned and FATF recommendations.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make decisions based on limited information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and follow up on numerous transaction alerts in dynamic scenarios.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Experience in a Fintech or financial institution in a transactional monitoring team (preferably in a payments fintech or authorized payments institution), or in a fastgrowing tech startup.
  • Familiarity with FATF (GAFI) recommendations.
  • Intermediateadvanced level of Excel.
  • Minimum experience in Power BI and SQL queries.
  • Certifications such as ACAMS, ABRACAM are desirable but not essential.
