Como Analista de Infraestrutura Jr, você atuará no time do Global Service Center, realizando suporte técnico as principais tecnologias de redes LAN e WLAN.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Realizar o atendimento de incidente e rs.equisições relacionados as tecnologias de LAN e WLAN de acordo com os SLA definido;
Realizar intervenções ou substituição de equipamentos ou componentes em decorrência de falhas ou perda de acesso remoto;
Elaborar documentos e procedimentos técnicos de apoio ao time;
Planejar e executar mudanças técnicas programadas ou emergenciais.

O que esperamos que você possua?

Experiência em atuação com equipamentos Cisco (Roteadores, Switches e Wireless) para operação, configuração e troubleshooting.
Conhecimento de redes TCP/IP
Conhecimento de serviços de DNS, NTP e DHCP
Conhecimento básico de roteamento (Rota Default, Rota Estática, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP e etc.).
Conhecimento básico de Switch (VLANs, Port-Security, SVI, ACLs e etc.).
Inglês técnico (Escrita/Leitura/Conversação)

Como você pode se destacar?

Possuir a certificação CCNA
Conhecimento em tecnologia Wireless (Cisco)
