***: Management of SAP HCM PY Implementation Projects for global clients in America (including Northern countries and Latin America).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Charge of the planning and evaluation of the project.
Reply by the project activity plan.
Manage schedules and budgets to ensure the project is completed on time, considering the budget and within the scope and performance metrics agreed.
Analyze issues and submit resolutions to the overall success of the project.
Meet and advise clients on the best business practices using the SAP system functionality.
Support activities related to the RFP and RFI as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education: complete higher education.

Minimum experience in the area: at least 3 successfully implemented projects.
-
Specific knowledge: management of SAP implementation projects, preferably HCM modules.

Project Management: experience as a Scrum Master and/or with Agile methodology.

Language: Advanced English for conversation, Spanish desirable.
-
Skill: leadership of remote teams in regional projects; interpersonal relationship.

This is a full remote position.
