Ferring+You

You will work closely with the Global Safety Team, being the point of contact in Brazilian Pharmacovigilance department.

Your day at Ferring- Daily communication with Global;- Translation and sending the pharmacovigilance reports to Global;- Planning and notification of pharmacovigilance reports to the health authority;- Perform the reconciliations of reports with stakeholders and Global;- Planning for preparation and submission of Periodic Pharmacovigilance Reports to ANVISA;- Support for internal stakeholders regarding the inclusion of Pharmacovigilance in the projects, as well as the applicability of Safety Agreements;- Work in the Scientific/Medical Information Service, responding to requests for scientific materials;- Be the point of contact between Call Center and Quality in product complaint processes, including control of KPIs;- Provide support to the Call Center for diverse topics;- Be the point of contact between SAC and internal stakeholders;- Promote Pharmacovigilance training;- Prepare monthly reports.

Behind our innovation There's you- 5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance- Desirable experience in Call Center and Scientific/Medical Information;- Data entry experience- Experience with ANVISA systems, Excel and Trackwise are a plus- Excellent communication and relationship skills and a team player spirit- Strong sense of empowerment, responsibility, autonomy and organizational- Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
