The
DELIVER organization strives to provide an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as
distribution, customer service, logistics, and transportation.


DELIVER leads projects across a complex network of Distribution centers (DCs) across LATAM supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J's broad range of customers

We are a regional organization that focus on serving and improving DELIVER results with tree different approaches:

  • Adapt and implement validated practices and global programs in the LATAM region.
  • Identify regional good practices that can be deployed to other regions and improve global programs.
  • Provides awareness of process maturity progression and plans to address critical process gaps.
Drives consistency in standards, practices, and process with a continuous improvement behavior across all Deliver areas focused on:

  • Process Improvement initiatives (JJOS deployments) in LATAM
  • Cost comparison analysis (Wonderland Program)
  • Business Product Management
  • Process standardization
  • Global standards adherence.


Advances Deliver Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the region, prioritizing and leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive
E2E Supply Chain efficiencies .

Being an excellent communicator (oral and written) to support leadership and present regional projects updates in Global meetings and Community of Practices is essential

This individual will lead efforts in the continuous improvement, deployment, and technical support during the implementation of projects. Ensure a robust governance model and develop structured mitigation plans, closely leading core team members and partners


The role will establish and maintain key partnerships across Deliver organization to ensure an integrated approach to process improvement, Lean & Faster Forward mindset.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Continuously drive process improvement initiatives by promoting innovation and embracing disruptive solutions across the region.
  • Sustainably develop or improve and implement business processes and tools considered best in class for Deliver operations and business processes.
  • Implement Process Improvement initiatives (JJOS Program) in different sites and functional area throughout Deliver Operations in LATAM.
  • Use innovative approaches to problem solving and critical thinking to actively solve a wide range of problems between initiatives and encourage decentralized decision making in teams.
  • Support other Project Managers throughout the region in technical discussions on projects related to Distribution Centers, interacting with the areas of Quality, Engineering and EHS&S.
  • Train and certify people to use Lean Tools to improve process.
  • Improve and develop operational management materials and tools.
  • Focus on business Identify and map all software/system (besides SAP) used in our RDO operations, such as freight audit, product localization, etc. Identify the risks and build BCP.
  • Develop strategies for the efficient sharing of these software solutions among operations in Latin America.
  • Implement solutions to optimize operational processes, such as picking and packing, through specialized software.
  • Ensure that all software/systems are following local and global regulations, maintaining effective Governance.
  • Act also as Latam BPO (Business Process Owner) representing the region in the GPO Deliver forum (Global Process Owner) and disseminate global process standards.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of eight (8) years of business experience required primarily in **Supply Chain and E2E of Logistics
