Customer Experience


The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups.

While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.


The team you will be a part of


Working in Nokia Customer Experience Team you will have access to state of the art in mobile networks and collaborate on projects of 5G ecosystem and will also have access to main Telecommunication stakeholders.

It is a great opportunity to develop your career in the digital economy world.


What you will learn and contribute to

  • Develop telecommunication operator customer relationship.
  • Follows mobile networks 4G and 5G sale life cycle.
  • Develop market knowledge and intelligence.
  • Prepare strategic reports on sales progression.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Been enrolled in
    6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering or like or Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Word and Excel.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • At least Intermediate Spanish skills
  • Basic knowledge of radio frequency (RF).
  • Some knowledge of Power BI.
  • Some experience in data mining tools.
