Mobile Networks

  • Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

The team you will be a part of


The Competence Development (CoDe) team is part of the LDO Americas Operations and it's responsible for measuring, tracking and supporting the capability creation of the services technical resources in Mobile Networks.

We develop customized plans to enable delivery teams to execute projects with excellence.

It's our scope to build the technical training guidelines, curate soft skills programs and manage certification achievements and its targets.


What you will learn and contribute to

  • Interface with diverse teams from North and South America to understand their competence needs and training requirements.
  • Contribute to processes improvements, document existing and new reports (power BI), drive the creation of LDO Americas Operations Process House.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites and folders with the latest information.
  • Support coordinating the soft skills programs, working together with the LEAP and HELP Program Managers.
  • Understand the Capability Creation Process and its tools (Insight, NLDH).

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Been enrolled in
    6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Business Administration.
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Word and Excel.
  • Good understanding of process mapping and performance evaluation
  • Some knowledge of organizational training and development.
