Support the definition of goals to be achieved by the People Analytics team
Identify improvement opportunities related to People Analytics capabilities(processes, tools, dashboards, etc)
Manage processes related to gathering, organizing, analyzing, and communicating data related to People leveraging different types of tools and systems adopted by the People team
Plan and execute ad hoc studies related to internal/external data to bring insights about Shopee and the talent market & competition
Partner efficiently with local/international HR teams when needed

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas is preferred
Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge of Google Workspace, Power BI, Data Studio, or related tools
Previous experience in a People Analytics position is strongly desired
Previous experience with activities related to Consulting, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is a plus
Advanced / Fluent English
