TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Participates in efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design and implementation business solutions for complex business problems.
Participates in efforts to communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), iii, use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative business solutions that challenges the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
Utilizes industry best practices where relevant to Ball's future.
Work closely with thirdparty vendors including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants to follow up initiatives implementation and support their challenges to complete deliveries.
Assist the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new business systems and modules
Supports all phases of the SDLC (software development life cycle).

Broad training in a related field;
Experience in communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), iii, use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
Experience in driving process and technology reengineering using industry practices e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi
Desirable.
Ability to negotiate with customers to promote or sell ideas or concepts.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.
Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with midcourse corrective action
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, projects simultaneously
Great speaking and writing communication skills
Working knowledge of the following areas: system and business principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures, generally accepted managerial practices and procedures, programming, systems design, computer operating systems and utilities, project management, risk management, security, cost management, implementation and startup of new business processes and computerized systems.
Indepth technical knowledge and expertise in field.
Understanding of software quality principles, including test methodologies.
Advanced English
Advanced MS-Office
Reports creation and KPI's analysis.
