Your Role and Responsibilities

Kyndryl is seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to provide HR leadership to our Brazil organization.

This role will serve as the HR Business Partner to the Country/Delivery center leadership reporting to the Kyndryl corporate organization.

The role will be a key member of the Kyndryl Brazil Leadership team and report to the HR VP of Global Delivery.

This role will be part of a global team of 200+ HR professionals supporting approximately 90,000 global colleagues. The role will be responsible for the HR strategies that support business objectives and growth in the country.

They will provide strong and proactive leadership to address opportunities related to reskilling and talent management, organizational development, culture development, labour strategy, and diversity & inclusion.

The role will also play a key part in developing HR talent at the country level and contributing to the Global HRteam.


  • A proven HR generalist: Balances vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams. Brings experience and wisdom as an HR generalist and proven track record of success, ideally having worked in a technology environment.
  • Translation of global strategies into local incountry human capital plan: Conceptualizes and implements HR strategies, practices, and policies supportive of the organization's growth objectives and aligned to enterprise priorities while bringing in the local nuances.
  • Relationship building and influencing: Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner. Influences executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives, leads the business discussion of HR and talent issues, facilitates decisionmaking on business issues related to HR opportunities, and provides ongoing coaching and consultation to support business leader performance.
  • People leadership: A magnet for talent who can demonstrate evidence of building high performing and diverse teams. This includes being a servant leader that is passionate about cultivating talent and helping HR professionals thrive.
