Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop action plans.
Conduct internal and external selection recruitment processes.
Carry out practical tests and technical assessments, when necessary.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements.
Ensure both parties are satisfied with the final terms of the offer.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment processes.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with internal and external policies and regulations.
Identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and implement improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the role.
Knowledge of interview techniques, skills evaluation and assessments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactivity and initiative in solving problems.
Ability to understand organizational goals and objectives to align recruitment strategies.
Commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency.
