MISSIONS / SERVICE OVERVIEW
The services is located in the Operated Asset Direction.

The main objectives of the QC Inspector services are:

  • To follow up, monitor and supervise Quality Control (QC) Inspection activities carried out by the SPS Contractor
during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, and Commissioning phases for Subsea Production

Hardware and Controls Systems activities, ensuring that QC contractual and technical requirements are duly

applied by Contractors.

  • To organize and participate in routine and random inspections / audits / tests, etc., assists to daily / regular QC
Inspection meetings with Contractor, performs QC visits and tours and ensures an adequate reporting (areas of

concerns, problems encountered in the implementation of the QC Inspection Plan by the SPS Contractor) to the

Company Site Representative / SPS Lead Engineer.

  • To provide assistance to the SPS team with Quality related matters associated with the SPS scope. The services
shall participate in reviewing the SP Contractor Site QC documentation (Site QA/QC plan, Inspection Plan, etc.)

and ensure its full implementation by Contractor.

  • To be accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules &
requirements.

Services ACTIVITIES


QHSE

  • The services shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One
Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company's assets and

reputation

  • Through his behaviour and the work carried out, the services will ensure compliance of the QC Inspection
activities with Company
QHSE policy, rules, guidelines, and specifications, and with subsidiary's
QHSE
management system and the respect of the local regulation,

  • To contribute to
    QHSE permanent performance improvement and will have to participate actively to an ambitious
HSE culture deployment.


Company project:

  • Ensure that Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly his overall Quality
responsibilities, Contract QC Inspection plan and objectives and is safely, properly, and timely performing his

activities as per Company specifications, design, and codes.

  • Participate to KOM /PPM / PIM with Contractor/Subcontractor wrt Quality (QA/QC).
  • Review the relevant Contractors and suppliers ITP's and specific procedures.
  • Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved Quality and Quality Control plans, Surveillance
plans, Inspection, and test plans.

  • Monitor the relevant Qualification processes and ensure their satisfactory implementation and followup.
  • Ensure that the works are closely inspected by the Contractor's QC inspection team (e.g., RT, UT, MPI, PMI, etc.)
  • Review and ensure that all NDT and certification files are up to date, including documentation from vendors and
contractors.

  • Challenge Contractor and suppliers on overall quality control performance and inspection activities, and to
perform routine and random inspections in this regard; ensure Contractor & vendor personnel have the correct

certifications and skill necessary.

  • Monitor the work deficiencies and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective actions.
  • Monitor and ensure final documentation progress in timely manner.
  • Follow up on the implementation of agreed action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
  • Attend, when requested, the various Quality related meetings.
  • Participate to Quality specific audits or visits and provide regular QC inspection & activity reports.
  • Ensure the followup of tracking of anomalies and nonconformities performed by the Contractor.
  • Continuous monitoring of Contractor and suppliers' performance and proposed any modification, improvement,
corrective actions deemed necessary. Close monitoring of any NCR, IRC issued up to satisfactory closure.

  • Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Package management and QA/QC Lead.
  • Populate the QC reporting system enabling reactivity in the management of QC issues.
To maintain the Package Quality records and monitoring registers.

  • Raise weekly & monthly status reports to Package Manager and Project Quality Manager on quality activities. To
maintain the Package Quality indicators (KPI's).

  • Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

Resident in Brazil. Based or regular missions to Contractor Workshop at São José dos Pinhais / Curitiba (including

possible visits to Sub Contractors in Brazil if required).

  • First operated asset for Company Brazil and strategic asset for Company.
  • Brown fields environment, with activities
