Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) drives all BackOffice activities when it comes to packaging material supply chain.

The position is based in Goiania (GO), Brasil.

Tetra Pak does not sponsor Work Visa or support relocation for this position.

What you will do:


As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will:

  • Monitor order fulfilment of packaging material and additional material;
  • Manage all steps of

Order Fulfillment Packaging Material Operations:
order management, design administration, logistics;

  • Create synergy with internal areas like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical services;
  • Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement activities from customer perspective;
  • Focused KPI ́s (customer dashboard);
  • Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit supply chain solution to fulfil it;
  • Understand Supply Chain activities.

We believe you have:


  • Bachelor ́s degree;
  • Related experience in the same/similar role;
  • OFPM Process knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Strong business understanding and customer service;
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP R/3, Power BI);
  • Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to multitask;
  • WCM methodology knowledge is a plus.
