This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.
Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language.

Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available to you by the end of the test.

As a CX Analytics for the Customer Organization team, you will build intelligence assets to support our customer team in executing our business objectives and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

In this position, you will be operating with other units and senior leadership to build a more and more data-driven organization and culture for the business.

This role includes components of data business strategy, forecasting, performance reporting, and data auditing.

Your Impact:

Build mechanisms to proactively catch data discrepancies and support leadership in fixing them;
Design ongoing report analysis for the Customer org broken down by team, drilling data to make qualitative analysis and recommendations for the leadership;
Run historical analysis on the org's results and main KPIs segmented by region, product line, and other relevant variables for the business to identify trends and opportunities;

What we're looking for:

Advanced / Fluent proficiency in English;
Knowledge/working experience with data visualization and
storytelling;
Notable problemsolving and analysis skills.
Advanced working knowledge in Power BI and Excel/Google Sheets;
Working knowledge in SQL would be a plus;
