Talent Acquisition Partner

If you are naturally driven by curiosity and have a passion for providing high quality talent sourcing.

This role will involve liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.

Key accountabilities

Engage with Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements
Manage job board advertising and careersite postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
Ensure regular communication with Hiring Manager team to understand ongoing requirements and to share progress of activity
Maintain agreed service levels and targets
Appropriately escalate any issues in relation to the supply of recruitment services as appropriate
Participate and contribute within team meetings

Skills & experience

Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and Spanish as well as English
Strong customer focus and ability to manage stakeholders
Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
Personality to drive a chance management within recruitment processes
Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
