We are looking for a Brands Commercial Manager who has a goal-driven mindset

What you'll do:


  • Develop strategy for brands account management


  • Team leadership

  • Assist and orient analyst and intern on their daily routines and professional development
  • Strategic negotiation with brands to boost results and costs improvement (paid media, rebate, events, seedings)
  • Reach out, prospect and management contracts with potencial brands for all business models
  • Build a strong relationship with the brands to ensure the best negotiation (mkp, leadtime, exclusive products)
  • Ensure the best prices and relevant discounts of brand products vs competitors
  • Participate and propose new projects alongside the lead in order to improve results
  • Conduct market research, competitive environment/benchmarking, markup study
  • Develop structured approach and negotiation with key partners
  • Develop a strategic forecast plan of prospection to build a strong and resilient assortment that meets quality and design expectations
  • Be the focal point of communication with internal stakeholders on the product type from brands
  • Be the focal point of communication with key accounts
  • Constant budget analysis on each step of the process to ensure the best products with costeffective negotiation
  • Daily communication with the big brands to clarify questions, control deadlines and ensure a process from buying to delivery
  • Responsible for buying/ picking and ensure the best assortment from brands
  • Ensure the best business applies for all Partner brands
  • Study and propose actions on commercial calendar and negotiate opportunities with partners// Help make AMARO ́s marketplace a profitable plataform

What your qualifications are:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the B2B industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced/Fluent level of English
