Purpose of Position
This is a great opportunity to start your career in the Brazilian New Business Team.

As a New Business Executive, you will be in charge of prospecting new clients and will be responsible for the entire sales trajectory for our Account Development Customers.

Key Tasks

Prospecting new direct clients and advertising agencies; Look for new industries and markets development;
Develop & maintain a prospect/sales pipeline daily using Salesforce CRM system
Adopt a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decisionmakers; Talking to potential clients, providing product information, educating and giving advice regarding affiliate marketing;
Creating personalized business proposals and negotiation with direct clients and advertising agencies; Forecast and Budget development;
Manage the transition of new merchant accounts through finance, technical and account teams for launch onto the network.
Follow up on results with post sales teams, such as advertisement management and publisher management teams;
Contact with global teams.

Skills & Expertise

Knowledge about digital media and their negotiation models. Previous experience in performance media is a plus;
Real commercial orientation and strong strategic awareness;
Evidence of successful sales experience & negotiation skills
Team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with crossfunctional teams;
High degree of resilience, persuasiveness and proactivity
Resultsorientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities
English language skills;
