The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

Responsible for execution of different types of projects/modifications according to decision gates from feasibility to delivery, including corrective maintenance projects and improvement initiatives;
Secure efficient project teams and efficient project execution in accordance with the agreed implementation strategy;
Recommend optimal execution and procurement strategy;
Ensure quality in decision documentation;
Manage and report HMS, plan, cost and risk for allocated projects;
Demonstrate commercial mindset and ensure value creation;
Ensure experience transfer to/from similar projects;
Ensure good collaboration with stakeholders and in project teams.

For this position, we are also looking for:

Eligible to hold an active CREA;
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
10+ years of experience;
Fluent English and Portuguese;
Strong experience with project management, engineering development, fabrication and installation of offshore projects;
Collaborate closely with own team and stakeholders;
Strong focus on innovation, simplification, standardisation and solution orientation;
Able to handle simultaneous tasks and have overview of activities.
