Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with advanced experimental designs, including A/B testing.
Experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent project management, problemsolving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide quantitative support, market understanding and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization. Interact crossfunctionally with a wide variety of teams, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to identify growth and quality opportunities for the product.
Work with large data sets and solve nonroutine investigative issues, use problemsolving and statistical methods to the issues to measure quality, improve consumer products, and understand the behavior of endusers.
Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
