Team Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Ride Hailing company's Engagement team.

As an Engagement Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the engagement team in our strategies to engage both passengers and drivers in our platform, aiming to balance the market place in moments in which it is necessary.

You will be working closely with our Cities teams, as well as with other teams such as Pricing, Marketing, Resources and Product Development to create engagement strategies that improve the user experience while also gaining market share.


As a member of our Engagement team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the ride-hailing industry, work on high-impact projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Setting engagement incentives in our internal systems both for passengers and drivers to balance our marketplace
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate engagement insights and recommendations to senior
  • Updating our dashboard with new data of the marketplace and resources
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure engagement strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Develop analysis to help team identify specific situations and problems in the marketplace
  • Participate in our forums to discuss strategies and results of our actions

Role Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
  • Advanced English
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets or Python
  • Familiarity with presentations to our leadership team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • You can adapt to our culture and ways of working
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
