Job Description Summary:

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.

Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

What you'll do

  • Set the strategy of the IGT modalities (Carm, Hemodynamic and Polygraphs) through product positioning, pricing, competitive intelligence, market data analysis, market dynamics and trends anticipation
  • Responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Empower the PSS team with tools to grow, delivering product training, and sales approach training
  • Build trust and transmit energy to the team through dynamic management and commitment to growth
  • Deliver expertise through training and collaterals to commercial team
  • Transmit and enforce rigor in pricing
  • Develop relationship with KOL and clinical societies in the region
  • Manage Product launching among countries
  • Support local RA team
  • Improve accuracy of orders forecast
  • Create brand recognition and trust through active participation in the local Society events, marketing activities, tradeshows, and by pushing the GE engine to deliver more, faster and more accurate information and service to customers
  • Assist region MarComm (Marketing and Communications) team with information for events, press releases, testimonials
  • Expand the level of relationship with the factory, fundamental for continued support to the region.
  • Manage a team of experts on product, clinical and marketing areas
  • Manage Full P&L driving actions to growth and to increase profitability
  • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including capital alocation of resources.
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others. May lead functional teams or projects with mínimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

What you need to have

  • Education to Bachelor Degree level.
  • 10+ years experience in Product Management / Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with indepth knowledge of healthcare market.
  • 10+ years experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.
  • Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
  • Deep knowledge of GEHC and the products and services offered.
  • Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
  • Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.
  • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customerfirst attitude.
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Country / Int'l Law is broken
