    RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical Recruiter Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Energy Project Solutions Division.

    Mission

    Supporting our Technical Recruiters team in the recruitment and selection of Energy projects in the RINA Brazil.

    Job Responsabilities

  • Providing assistance in the search (hunting) for candidates who match the profiles of our clients' or projects' vacancies.
  • Assisting in scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
  • When necessary, attending/participating in interviews with pre-screened candidates.
  • Conducting low-complexity selection processes as needed.

    • Requirements

  • Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week (from 9am to 4pm);
  • Students of Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent with graduation by Dec/2026;
  • Ideally intermediate to advanced English;
  • Spanish is a plus;
  • Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge;

  • Hybrid work (after the first two months on-site)
