    Responsibilities:
    - Prospect and close new clients
    - Build and maintain your client portfolio
    - Manage the sales cycle
    - Explain the method, understand client financial needs and goals, and collect necessary information for accurate financial or wealth planning
    - Align expectations between clients and services to be provided
    - Provide personalized financial or wealth planning for clients
    - Offer proper advice on client financial resources to help them achieve their goals
    - Conduct meetings to present and implement financial or wealth planning projects, addressing any doubts
    - Conduct consultative sales of products and solutions required for each plan

    Technical Requirements and Experience:
    - Profile 1:**Experience** in Financial Planning, Wealth Planning, or Investments
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in **sales** and negotiation in the financial market
    - **Certification** such as CFP, CEA, CNPI, CGA, AAI, SUSEP, or postgraduate degree in capital market or wealth, succession, or tax planning
    - Active client portfolio for planning or investments
    - Profile 2: Negotiation skills, experience and/or relationships with high-income clients/partners, basic knowledge of financial market solutions and products
