Job Purpose
Responsible for operating CNC machines to machine lowcomplexity parts according to the design and manufacturing plan, using CNC programs, cutting tools and appropriate measuring instruments to produce quality parts in the shortest possible time.
Job Description

Analyzing and machining low-complexity parts according to specifications, using CNC machines, CNC programs, cutting tools and appropriate measuring instruments, in order to meet the production plan.

Preparing the CNC machine according to the production plan in order to carry out the job with quality and safety within the time allotted.
Performing mathematical calculations and converting measurements for correct machining of parts, when necessary.
Filling in all the necessary documentation for the process, in accordance with the established standards.
Checking that the raw material and part design correspond to that specified in the manufacturing plan and assembly plan, in order to avoid problems in the manufacturing stages.
You are meant for this job if:
Certificate in CNC machine operation.

Siemens and Haindeheim control expertise.
Sense of organization and cleanliness (5s), Lean knowledge desirable
