Main responsibilitiesSeu dia a dia na Topaz: Desenhar a estratégia e o plano de negócios das contas atribuídas de acordo com os objetivos estratégicos;Planejar a aquisição de novas contas e a gestão da carteira de clientes atribuídos;
Realizar visitas comerciais e acompanhamento dos clientes;
Garantir um alto nível de satisfação do cliente, trabalhando em conjunto com as áreas da empresa;
Acompanhar a evolução do mercado ativo e analisar a concorrência;
Atualizar periodicamente CRM, pipeline e previsão de vendas;
Coordenar apresentações técnicas e funcionais.
Requirements and skillsO que você precisa conhecer para ser parte da Topaz? Formação em Administração, Relações Internacionais, Sistemas ou Finanças;
Inglês Intermediário;
Experiência em posições similares (Business Development/Sales Manager/Gerente Comercial);
Experiência no Mercado Bancário;
Experiência com venda de serviços, não somente produtos de tecnologia;
Experiência com venda de portfólio digital;
Capacidade de se relacionar com C-levels e Gerentes de alto nível;
Capacidade para fechar contratos de vendas totalizando R$ 15 milhões ao ano (em conta);
Conhecimento de ferramentas de automatização de processos de negócios;
Contatos comprováveis de pelo menos 5 clientes de alto nível;
Experiência em estratégias de penetração de clientes (estratégias de segmentação de clientes para aumento de margem de vendas, análise de .pipeline e forecast);
Conhecimento do mercado local.
