- Take the leadership and coordination of all sales in Brazil.
- Ownership of the current and future relationships in Brazil.
- Active and positive contributor to the Aviat and LATAM sales growth strategy goals.
- Become an advocate and execute the Market Back Strategy on the sales activities.
- Become an expert user of Salesforce.
- The owner and responsible for the Forecast Accuracy and continuous update of the Brazil Sales Forecast, per quarter and yearlong Forecast.
- Execute sales-to-delivery process. Upon project booking, ensure services team has a clear understanding of customer expectations and sales details.
- Attend regular customer visits. Most of the Travel is inside Brazil.
- Build, Maintain, and extend technical knowledge of Aviat Networks Products and NMS Platforms.
- Maintain and extend written and presentation skills to ensure all communications meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain a regular and open communication channel with the Product Line management, Product Marketing team, and the other regional Technical Support teams.
- Follow corporate rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Consult on and develop end-to-end network requirement definitions relating to the broader telecommunications ecosystem based on best practice end-to-end solution concepts that are in line with Aviat's core business.
- Develop optimal solutions by marrying an in-depth understanding of the customer needs, priorities, and budgetary constraints with available and future Aviat Networks products.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Track record of building new sales relationships with current and new customers.

- Strong knowledge (8+ years) of Microwave Radio and router technology. Hands-on and theoretical.
- Current relationships in the Brazil Telecom market. Verticals and Government. Direct and via distributors
- Skills in Sales Force opportunity management or ability to be a fast learner.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese. High English proficiency, both verbal and written, is a must.
- BS in Electrical Engineering. Or related field.

About the Role: As the Sr Sales Territory Manager for Aviat solutions, the primary objective of this role is to rapidly expand sales within the Brazil market, focusing on Hardware, Software, and Services across Vertical Markets. Key responsibilities are to formulate and execute commercial sales strategies, lead the customer relationship, leverage expertise to drive revenue generation and market expansion. Your leadership of the support teams, including Sales Engineers, Transmission Engineers, and Program Managers, in guiding them through presale and post-sales activities will ensure cohesive alignment with business strategies and objectives. This roll will report to the VP of Sales LATAM, contributing to the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives of the Americas Sales organization.
